How about our warranty?
All products made in our factory are supplied with 12 months free serving.
1. Warranty period: 12 months for motor, 6 months for Motherboard, 1 month for tires, free repair.
2. Return policy (during warranty period).
The 1st-2nd month: buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return (from China to buyer's address).
When we return the products, we usually use China post airmail.
If buyers want faster, we can ship by DHL but buyers pay extra cost.
The 3rd-12th month: buyer pays both shipping cost.

1.How could I get a sample ?
Once receiving your payment of sample and shipping cost ,we will send you samples immediately ,about in 5 days for us to finish the sample.
and about the sample policy ,we will refund sample cost back to you with your order complying with our MOQ .

A:You can ride our skateboard for approximately 17Km, at 10 Km per hour, and the lithium-ion battery can be fully recharged in 1 hour. As with hybrid cars, the battery recaptures energy when going downhill or slowing down.

A: we kindly recomand that our's products both suitable for children who are older than 6 years and adults.but for the safety factors when children use the skateboatd it is better under the adult's guliding andcaring.

A:The maximum capacity is 265 lbs(120kg).
