About Quality control system:
Our factory carry out 6S quality control system thoroughly.
1.We have a QC team supervise the workshop during the whole production procedure.
2.All the material and spare parts are inspected before accept by the warehouse.
3.The  workers inspect the material twice before the assembly line.
4.Finished products examed at the end of assembly line
5. QC would riding the hoverboard to inspect the function. And full-charged it.
6.The workers would check the product again before clean it and pack it.
7.The warehouse will check the quantity before ship the products out.


  How to use it?

Step 1---To move forward or backward, the rider just leans slightly forward or backward.
Step 2---To turn left or right, the rider simply moves the handlebar left or right.

Samples: For North American customers: Samples can be arranged from our US warehouse and you could receive the product within 3 days.

Warranty Rules

Please keep warranty card and receipt as proof of purchase. All damages and fault caused by materials and Chuangxin self-balancing unicycle's quality, we will provide after sale service as following:

1)  The Chuangxin self-balancing unicycle(except battery and consumables) will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of purchaser's purchase.
2)  Battery will be warranty for half a year since the date of purchase, inside tyers and out tyers are consumables, will be warranty for one month.
